Event details

Before Christmas gets busy, give yourself a day to slow down, reconnect and refill your own cup.

Autumn naturally invites us to turn inward a little, but for many of us, this is also the point when life starts speeding up. Christmas plans, work, family, endless lists and all the things we feel we *should* be doing.

Autumn Reset is your permission to step away from all of that for a day.

We've created a gentle journey through movement, mindfulness, creativity and deep relaxation, with time to simply be rather than rushing from one thing to the next.

During the day we'll enjoy:

🍂 Gentle yoga
🍂 Mindfulness
🍂 Creativity
🍂 Sound bath
🍂 Yin yoga
🍂 Guided Meditations
🍂 Vegetarian Lunch & Refreshments

You don't need to be flexible, experienced at yoga or "good" at meditation. Everything will be accessible and you'll be encouraged to listen to your body, take adaptations and participate in the way that feels right for you.

This isn't about achieving anything.

It's about making space for 'you'.

A chance to move, breathe, get creative, connect with others and experience some proper rest before we head into the busy Christmas season.

Spaces are limited reserve yours now. We look forward to having you!
