A mid-week reset for your mind, soul and nervous system. Explore your inner creativity to nurture your wellbeing and feed your joy.
Creativity is SO GOOD for mental and physical wellbeing, yet so often we tell ourselves we’re not good enough or that writing and art are frivolous hobbies, so we hold back from the magic they offer.
This is your invitation to let go of those worries and come and play with your inner creativity with the freedom you had as a child.
Each session we’ll explore a range of creative activities – which might include, journaling, writing, drawing, painting, collage, and more – through guided exercises designed to help you understand, process and express your thoughts and feelings.
There is no obligation to share. If you want to share your creations with the group, or talk about any insights that come up for you, you’re welcome to. But you absolutely do not have to.
You’ll leave feeling lighter, more joyful and in touch with your soul.
